Sara Menke, Founder and CEO, formed Premier Staffing
in 1998. Sara, who has over eight years of experience in the recruiting
industry, decided to start her own company because she found that
businesses were not getting the maximum return on investment using
staffing agencies. She assembled a highly regarded team of seasoned
Account Executives and Recruiters with diverse backgrounds to focus
on providing the highest quality of service. The result is that
we not only foster significant long-term relationships with our
clients, but also are considered "indispensable" to them
in facilitating their long-term growth as well.

maintain a strong, diverse client base. It is also our strong relationships
